Terms of Use
Last updated August 9, 2026
These Terms govern your use of yommy, an iOS app and service published by Great Ordinary. By using yommy, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
yommy is an estimate, not medical advice
Nutrition values are automated estimates and may be incomplete or wrong. Photos, portion descriptions, recipes, brands, and preparation methods can materially change the result. yommy is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Verify important information independently and consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
Your food log and backups
Your food log is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any exports or device backups you want to keep. Deleting the app, losing the device, or restoring without a suitable backup may permanently remove your meal history and photos.
yommy Pro subscription
yommy Pro is offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription. In the United States, the current price is $2.99 per month; regional pricing and taxes may vary, and the price displayed by the App Store before purchase controls.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel yommy Pro in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles billing and refunds under its policies.
Acceptable use
You may use yommy for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, bypass its security or usage limits, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected service components, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Availability and changes
yommy may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Great Ordinary does not promise that estimates or the online service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or future operating-system version.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, yommy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Ordinary is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, health decisions, profits, or goodwill arising from yommy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
These Terms may change as yommy evolves. Material updates will be posted here with a new date. For support or questions, use the developer contact on yommy’s App Store page or visit Great Ordinary.
